Formerly known as Mahindra Gesco Developers Ltd, the new name reflects the company's passion and vision of creating spaces for healthy living - in both residential and commercial segments. Management
Anita Arjundas, Managing Director & CEO.
Anita is an MBA from the Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy, with 18 years of work experience. She joined the Mahindra Group as Vice President - Marketing of Mahindra World City, Chennai in October 2002 and played a significant role in the success of Mahindra World City, Chennai.
Suhas Kulkarni, Vice President - Legal & Company Secretary. He is the head, legal & company secretary and looks after legal and secretarial functions of the group of companies and subsidiaries in the sector.
Rajan Narayan, Advisor and Head of Projects.
Rajan Narayan is a B.Tech Honours in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. His present role in Mahindra Lifespace is to make project planning, contracting and execution more effective.
Ajay Reche, General Manager - Human Resources. He heads the human resources function at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.
Ajay has completed his M.A. (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and B.Tech in 1994.
